Returns & Exchange Policy – TDK Solutions Ltd
Effective for orders placed and delivered within Kenya.
We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the conditions outlined below.
- Defective Products: Items found to have a manufacturing fault.
- Non-Defective Products: Items incorrectly shipped, wrong model delivered, or ordered in error.
All returns and exchanges must be pre-approved and processed by TDK Solutions Ltd’s standard Return Policy.
Eligibility for Return
Products must meet the following conditions:
- Be new, unused, and in original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.
- Include all original accessories, manuals, and any promotional items received.
- Free from any signs of use, modification, or damage.
Return Window:
- Returns must be requested within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Approval Required:
- Contact TDK Solutions Ltd before returning any product to obtain a Return Product Number (RPN).
- Returns without an RPN will be rejected or subject to additional fees.

Return Options:
- Return to the store
- Return by mail
- Return at a designated drop-off location
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- No prepaid return label is provided unless otherwise arranged.
Restocking Fee:
- A 50% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns or if returned products fail to meet return conditions.
Oversized Products
For returns of cabinets, racks, or other oversized items:
- Contact TDK Solutions Ltd to arrange pickup by an approved carrier.
- Only products certified as undamaged by the carrier will be accepted.
- Damaged oversized returns will incur a 50% restocking fee based on the original purchase price.
Refund Processing Time:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the product is received, inspected, and approved.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Important Notes
- TDK Solutions Ltd reserves the right to inspect and verify all returns before issuing any refund or exchange.
- Items not meeting these conditions may be refused, returned at the customer’s expense, or charged additional handling fees.
