High-End:

- X5U: Similar to the X6U, but with a single 4.3-inch color screen and 12 SIP lines.
Mid-Range:
- X4U: Features a 3.5-inch color screen, 10 SIP lines, HD voice, gigabit Ethernet, built-in Bluetooth, and 5-way audio conferencing.
Entry-Level:
- X3U: A basic model with a 2.4-inch color screen, 6 SIP lines, HD voice, 100Mbps Ethernet, and optional Bluetooth dongle.
- X3U Pro: An enhanced version of the X3U with POE support and optional Wi-Fi dongle.
